Citrus and Oranges
Oranges and other citrus and extremely high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the best healers out there when it comes to literally sealing up wrinkles and cracks in your skin. A lot of topical anti-aging products use vitamin C. But, you must be able to heal from within and eating oranges will give you a major dose of this vitamin.

Walnuts
Walnuts are loaded with antioxidants. This makes them great suppliers of certain cancer fighting compounds. Not only will they keep skin cancer from developing, they can also fight discoloration and other types of environmental weathering.

Green tea
Green tea is yet another wonderful source for antioxidants.

Almonds
There is a lot of vitamin E in almonds. If you apply vitamin E topically then it will lighten scars and stretch marks. It can actually diminish existing age spots. But if you take it internally, vitamin E can actually help prevent age spots from forming in the first place.

(Note: taking vitamin E can affect any surgeries you may have coming up, so ask your doctor what the appropriate amount to take would be. Taking extra vitamin E will make people bleed more, so you should probably stop taking supplements for now)
